Today we support our Armed Forces community with a two-minute silence in our clinics at 11am.
This year, we have continued our tradition of charitable giving to the Royal British Legion by commissioning commemorative statues, made by veterans, of the ‘Unknown Tommy’ and ‘Unknown Women in War’. These figures feature in our Remembrance window displays, along with precious military keepsakes from our family and team members.
The red poppy is a symbol of both Remembrance and hope for a peaceful future. A well-known and well-established symbol, one that carries a wealth of history and meaning with it. To find out more about the history of our Acts of Remembrance please visit: Royal British Legion
