Girlings is delighted to have received recognition today from the Sherborne Business Awards, winning two major awards, during an event organised by Marketing West at The Grange at Oborne. Dan Girling was thrilled to receive the awards, representing Nicola, Ian and the entire Girlings team.
Our family-run business celebrates twenty-two years in Sherborne this year, and is built on providing impartial hearing advice – as only an independent can. We were therefore pleased to have our independent ethos recognised, being awarded INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OF THE YEAR, kindly sponsored by Battens Solicitors. Considering the number of superb independent businesses we enjoy in Sherborne, this is indeed an honour.
We also received the additional accolade of BUSINESS OF THE YEAR. With such a high quality of category winners in the finals this year, we would like to thank the organisers, sponsors and judges for choosing us as the overall winner.
Girlings is privileged to have cared for the hearing health of local communities for more than two decades, while doing all we can to support good causes that are close to our hearts. Being recognised for our work as a family-run independent business means such a lot to Nicola, Ian, Dan and all the team.
