We are open for ear wax removal, hearing tests, hearing aid demonstrations/fitting, ear health advice and sale of accessories.

Our clinics in Sherborne and Fordingbridge are OPEN FOR TREATMENTS BY APPOINTMENT, with just one client bubble at a time, and working with full covid-safe protocols and PPE in place.

Following changes to national coronavirus regulation on 19th July 2021, we have decided to continue our rules on safety, in line with other healthcare settings. This protects not only our staff but also clients who may be clinically vulnerable or concerned at this time.

So please help us to help you by:

  • Only attending by pre-arranged appointment
  • Arriving at your appointment time, not earlier
  • Wearing a face covering (unless medically exempt)
  • Observing hand hygiene with the sanitiser provided
  • Allowing us to check your temperature on arrival

Important note: For the continued safety of our clients and staff, we politely reserve the right to refuse to treat clients who are unwell, have a higher than normal temperature or who refuse to wear a mask if they are not medically exempt.

  • What to do if you, or your household, has covid symptoms: In the event that you, or someone in your household or bubble, has developed covid symptoms or been in contact with ANYONE who has symptoms or confirmed coronavirus, please STAY AT HOME and RE-BOOK your appointment.
  • If you are due your 18-24 month hearing check-up: We will be in touch. We are currently prioritising clients who feel their hearing loss has changed, or their hearing instruments are not working as well. If this is you, please call or email us and make an appointment NOW. If this is not you, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • If you require advice or accessories: For general advice, purchase of batteries/accessories or to make appointments, please ideally call or email us and we will respond, arranging a time for you to collect your items or see the dispenser. When staff are busy you may be put through to our ansaphone service, in which case please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you do walk in to our clinics without an appointment: Please be aware, for social distancing reasons, that our priority will be clients who are attending pre-booked appointments and we may ask you to wait outside until we attend to them.
